Once you have registered for the first time in a network library, you will receive an email from the address no-reply@bnl.etat.lu asking you to update your password.
Click the link contained in the email and type your bar code (it can be found in the email under “Your library card number” and starts with K-) in the field provided and click “Submit”.
You should receive an email from the adress a-z@bnl.etat.lu with a link to reset your password.
